Something for :iconquicksilver78253: for his birthday.

After many experiments and tests with Ultra V, Zero Confidence developed two prototype suits that is supposed to give the wearers self-transformation powers. It seems that she "volunteered" Lacy and herself to see how good the suit is and what it can do.
